Yes. Louisa has spent more than a decade working with clients who are injured, helping them to move more efficiently and out of pain. The reformer springs offer guided resistance that can be adapted to your needs, helping you move safely while still building strength and confidence. Class sizes are kept small, so you will get plenty of attention and support. Each session is an individual experience based on what your body needs that day. Modifications and adaptations will always be given when needed.
