Questions about booking classes

No, classes are suitable for all levels and abilities. As long as you can get up and down from the floor, you will be able to participate fully in the class. Modifications are given, so the class can be scaled to meet your body where it’s at, on any given day.

That’s the perfect reason TO join! A regular practice will help you to become more mobile, stronger and to move with more ease.

If you can no longer make a class you can go to your booking confirmation and select ticket options and then cancel or transfer. This must be 24 hours before the scheduled start time. If you cancel a pass booking it will go back onto your pass allocation. If you have a pay as you go ticket please note it is transfer only.
Transferring : Transfers restricted to 1 time per booking. Transfers restricted to 6 weeks before or after the original event.

No, all equipment you will need is provided. The only thing you might want to bring is a bottle of water to sip during the class.
