    Yoga

    Suitable for anyone including beginners. Our slow, flowing yoga classes aim to improve mobility, building strength and promote a calm and quiet mind.

    Mat Pilates

    Suitable for anyone who wants to build or improve deep core strength, rebalance whole body posture and feel stronger from the inside.

    Reformer Pilates

    Reformer Pilates offers a balanced, full-body workout designed to build strength, improve alignment and enhance mobility. Suitable for all levels, including those totally new to reformer or who are managing an injury, the class helps you feel longer, stronger and more connected in your body.

    Restore Your Core®

    This is a rehab focused course that includes education, exercises, flowing movement sequences, homework videos and a whatsapp group for support. There is also the option to join via Zoom. Aimed at anyone who has core, pelvic floor or back issues including prolapse, incontinence, diastasis-recti or post-natal issues.

    Core + More

    Core + More is a progression class for anyone who has completed an RYC® course and who wants to join a strong but very accessible movement class that is core/pelvic floor safe.

    Pregnancy Yoga

    These classes are suitable from first scan to birth date. Combines flowing yoga sequences with Pilates inspired core exercises to improve strength, mobility and to prepare for birth.

Pay as You Go/Drop In

Mat PAYG: You are welcome to pay per class, this is priced at £16.

Reformer PAYG: £21 per session.

If you can no longer make the class you can transfer to one future class.

6 Class Bundle

Enjoy a bundle of mat classes for £65.00 which offers you 6 classes of your choice to be used within 60 days of the first class booked.

Reformer Bundle: £114 for 6 sessions

If you can no longer make the class you can transfer to one future class OR, if you cancel within our window, it will go back onto your pass allocation.

10 Class Bundle

Enjoy a bundle of mat classes for £92.00 which offers you 10 classes of your choice to be used within 84 days of the first class booked.

Reformer Bundle: £177 for 10 sessions

If you can no longer make the class you can transfer to one future class OR, if you cancel within our window. it will go back onto your pass allocation.

New to the Move Well Studio?

Enjoy three classes for £28 (to be used within 21 days).

Frequently Asked Questions.

  • To join a class you will need to buy a class pack online. Packs cost:

    £15.50 for one class

    £60 for 6 classes

    £88 for 10 classes

    Once you have the pack on your account, you can use them to book any class, any time.

  • If you’re new to Move Well, you can try 3 classes for £28. The 3 class pack is valid for 21 days and can be used to book any class.

  • Yes! You don’t need to be strong, bendy or young to join a class. As long as you can get up and down from the floor without assistance, you will be able to join a class 

  • No, all equipment you will need is provided. The only thing you might want to bring is a bottle of water to sip during the class.  

  • Hopefully the descriptions on this page will act as a guide for which class might be best for you, however if in doubt we’d be happy to advise you, just get in touch.

  • Parking is free for up to 4 hours at the nearby Cluster of Nuts car park, next to Wetherby Medical Centre on Hallfield Lane.

  • Yes, there are toilets and a spacious reception area where you can relax before the class starts.
